After Yang

Will robots feel, love and be more human than humans themselves in the near future? In American director Kogonada's subtle sci-fi film, Jake's (actor Colin Farrell) family suffers a loss when their beloved toy, Yang, breaks down and is out of warranty. Yang is a robot no different from a real person, so saying goodbye to him is not so easy. Jake promises his daughter to revive the robot at any cost and embarks on an odyssey through Yang's memory waves. A robot ponders what it means to be human, while a human dives into the depths of artificial intelligence.
